    The class that started it all! 45 minutes of spicy, heated mat Pilates using a variety of props for full body resistance training. This is a high intensity, low impact continuous flow of movement where you will layer different exercises from a basic movement.

    hot STRENGTH

    Heavy on the sweat, heavy on the weights. Strength training meets endurance in this power driven class built to sculpt and define every muscle. Expect to use almost all of the props for a progressive overload.

    hot INTERVAL SCULPT

    This class is a ‘Tabata’ style format of 30 seconds of work followed by 5 seconds of rest, blending Pilates principles with athletic conditioning, functional strength, and cardio bursts. You’ll be working in blocks of work with multiple exercises in each block. Expect powerful, sweat-drenched sequences designed to get your heart rate up and your muscles shaking for more.

    Classical Pilates meets the heat. This 45 minute class blends a slower core focused, controlled movement with the intensity of our heated room for a deeper, more powerful burn. Same classical roots… just hotter.

    Each week, we lock in on 1-2 muscle groups and attack it with precision. The spotlight stays on that target zone all week long so you can build strength, definition, and serious muscular endurance.

    You’ll work through structured sets and complete a specific number of rounds designed to push you past comfort and into growth.
